Thanks to our growth, we're looking for a new Project Manager (Land Development) to join our dedicated team. Your contributions will ensure that we meet project scope, schedule, and budget, and maintain the high level of client satisfaction that we're known for. This is a terrific opportunity to build upon your deep understanding of civil land development and project management experience within a rapidly growing company. Your tasks will include: * Execute project plans including controlling the scope, budget, and scheduling of projects * Lead our subdivision projects from development of preliminary concepts through to design and construction * Document and track project performances to ensure projects stay on plan, creating EC's and communication with the client when changes occur * Liaise with municipalities, clients and other approval agencies to ensure the proper approval and general coordination of your projects * Work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget of your project Every project you work on will present a dynamic challenge, with interesting problems to solve. We'll look to you to anticipate common snags and pitfalls that are inevitably part of the project cycle. No matter the scale, you excel in maintaining perspective between major and minor components. Working on multiple projects at once, with numerous stakeholders, you'll bring a dedication to moving projects forward, while always keeping our clients' best interests in mind. Summer hours mean our employees have the opportunity to leave by 1:30 pm on Friday's, we observe a Christmas shutdown, and have a fun and friendly professional atmosphere Qualifications * Experience working as a project manager in the municipal civil engineering field * Experience in land development municipal processes * Experience managing lengthy project cycles, i.e. sub-division planning and design * Knowledge of related civil municipal and provincial engineering and construction standards and regulations * Strong technical proficiency with CRM software * Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for traveling to job sites * Post-secondary degree or diploma in civil engineering or project management * Any of the following certifications are an asset: P.Eng, PMP, CET How to Apply Our online application gives you the chance to apply as more than just a resume.
