As an integral member of the results-driven Oracle ERP Information Technology team, you have the overall responsibility for providing leadership and direction in devising, maintaining and implementing operations, by ensuring documented procedures, application functions, testing and training activities to meet company business requirements. You are experienced with defining business requirements and translating them into functional requirements, and developing test scripts and use cases.

You are responsible for maintaining and administrating production applications such as Oracle eBusiness Suite HR & Finance, Labour and Time Attendance and Crew Scheduling. You are also responsible for developing comprehensive test scripts and/or auditing of existing scripts, and testing systems for patches and modifications. You provide advice and guidance to users ensuring best practices for business processes, while providing continuous improvement of IT services.

You are a collaborative team player with the ability to establish and maintain positive, cooperative working relationships amongst a diverse group of people. You are analytical and detail-oriented with a high level of self-motivation and initiative, and are able to effectively meet stakeholder requirements while delivering high quality service.

You have a Degree or Diploma in Business or related discipline, and/or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. You have experience in maintaining IT services and technologies related to HR and Finance business processes, and you have a minimum of 3 years IT experience as a Business Analyst or sustainment support. Oracle eBusiness Suite is preferred, but we will consider other ERP system experience.
